1. How can I get the price ?
Please provide the details to your requirements as clear as possible. For designing or further discussion, it is better to contact us with trade manager of Alibaba, Skype, E-mail or other instance ways, in case of any delays.
2. When can I get the price?
Usually within 12 hours after we get your inquiry.
3. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can request samples. They’re free for a blank sample to check the design and paper quality, as long as you can cover the express freight. For printed samples, we will ask for $30-100 to cover the cost on film & printing. These costs can be refunded after we receive a confirmation of the order.
4. How long can I expect to get the samples?
After you pay the sample charge and send us the confirmed files, the samples will be ready in 3-7 days. The samples will then be sent to you via express and arrive within 3-5 days.
5. What kind of files do you accept for printing?
AI, PDF, CDR, etc.
6. Can you do the design for us?
Yes, we have a professional team with rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea; we will help to carry out your idea.
7. What about the lead-time for mass production for smart card?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally 7-15 days for about 10,000-100,000pcs.
