How long is the production time?
1-2 days for laser engraved name cards;
8-10 days if less than 10,000pcs if produce cards follow design file. 11-14 days around if more than 10,000pcs. 15-30 days if more than 100,000pcs.
How about the shipping ?
The shipping time need around 2-3 days by DHL, 5-6 days by Air, 15-25 days by Sea.
We have our own DHL and TNT account. Both DHL and TNT give us a 70% off discount.
We can send the goods use our DHL or TNT account, or use customer’s DHL, UPS TNT, Fedex account number, or use customers’ shipping forward.
How about the packing?

What type of price can you offer ?
We as usual quote EXW price. We also can do FOB, CIF, DDP, and DDU price.
How about the payment condition?
We accept Trade Assurance, TT, Western Union, PayPal etc;
It need pay full if less than 1000usd or first order.
Deposit 40%, pay off rest before shipping if more than 1000usd;
Monthly pay for VIP clients.
What type design file do you need?
We need vector format design files. Eps, cdr, or pdf format are ok.
All the layer and text must can been edited from design file.
Can you offer design service?
We can design file free follow “How to make your card design” page.
It need charge 50$ if need we draw a special shape, or a vector format logo or patterns.
How to I send you a big size design file if too big to send by email?
You can send us on line from skype or QQ.
You also can send it use “wetransfer”, “youendit” etc.
How can I get samples?
We can send our current samples as free. Clients need pay the sample postage.
It need pay 50$ if make a sample follow customer’s design file.
We will return back the sample charge if the mass production QTY more than 2000pcs.
How long can I get samples?
It need around 6-7 days to produce samples.
How many pcs can I get samples?
We produce out around 2pcs samples.
How about the quality of your products?
We have a automatic full QC system.
If there are problems about the quality, we can redo as free or offer discount.
Can you make a express order?
If you want faster, we can print your cards alone, it can save 1-2 days as free.
But if you want much faster, we also provide urgent service, the price will need more 66$ for a special film charge. The product time need around 4-6 days.
I’m a middle client, can you send my cards to my customers direct? How to you protect me?
we help our every middle client always. We can send goods to their customers to save their extra delivery charge. We know how to protect our middle clients. we will mark the sender as our middle clients from our DHL system. The final customers will see nothing for our info from the bill file.
Can I get a discount price if I order cards often?
we will give them around 10-30% off discount price than our normal price level depend on their total order qty.
